Is from a semi elastic material that is put under the sacrum area and it is slid under the fat cellular tissue in an elliptic way so as to get a lifting in the skin. It is done with local anaesthetic in the outpatient.

Bioalcamid:

If injected in the gluteous it produces an increase of the area. It is done under anaesthesia.
