The lack of gluteous projection and with no muscular development can be treated with 3 methods:

1. There are two types: a: round: for more projection. b: ovals: it has more capacity of refilling in the surface. They are put under the muscle to give a more natural appearance.

2. Thread: is from a semi elstic material that is put under the sacrum area and it is slid under the fat cellular tissue in an elliptic way so as to get a lifting in the skin. It is done with local anaesthetic in the outpatient.

3. Lipotransference of fat: it is recommended to increase the volume and without prosthesis. The fat is obtained from different places of the body and it is taken out with needles. The fat is not easily absorbed so it gives good results and it can be put several times. This procedure is done under anaesthesia.
